**Goods sold are non-refundable**

Note:-

1.Measurement may vary depending on designs. Please check the individual design for its sizes and measurements. We make an effort to present sizing information that will assist you in choosing the correct size for the items. If you receive an item that does not fit, as it should be, you may discuss with us for exchanges. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

2.Check parcel before sign receiving, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of order item is incorrect.

3.Different monitors display colors differently, and everyone’s definition of color is not the same, thus we cannot guarantee what you see in our picture is exactly 100% same as our product. We will do our best to describe every item if they are different from our picture.

Return and Exchange policy:-

Orders cannot be cancelled or altered when it has been processed but we do allow exchanges after you received your order. If you find Items does not fit or not suitable, you can exchange the items. The following conditions will apply:

1.Exchange has to be done within 7-days of receipt.
2.Items to be returned are to be sent back in their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition - no wear, tear nor stains.
3.Customer is to bear the return items delivery cost. (unless it is in direct error of Summer Valley, eg. manufacturing defects, ship the wrong size/color)
4.Shipping/delivery fees are not refundable.
